Workout Songs for Your Playlist


Music. One of my favourite things. Better than TV.

Without it, I don’t think anything else would stop me from plummeting to the Yoga mat in exhaustion after an hour of burpees, planks, and various other very painful exercises, falling asleep and calling it meditation. But, yes, with music I manage to dance myself out of giving up and calling it a morning.

With music, I look forward to every morning of Yoga, Circuits, Endurance, and running. Which I find kind of strange.
